- Delivery time — 60–90 minutes for standard, 60 minutes for express. The time does not depend on whether the delivery is free or not.

- Suburbs and satellite areas — Karaotkel, Zhailau, Kazhymukan are calculated individually, usually +1,500–3,000 ₸. Not included in free delivery.

Yes, at any time of day. Night orders (00:00–06:00) have the same conditions: free delivery on orders from 20,000 ₸. The courier sets off within 15–30 minutes after payment is confirmed.
Which districts qualify for free delivery?
All 5 districts of Astana: Yesil (left bank), Almaty (old centre), Saryarka (Nurzhol, EXPO), Baikonyr (railway station), Nura (Chubary, Karaotkel). Beyond the city limits we calculate individually (Kazhymukan, Talapker, Zhailau usually +1,500–3,000 ₸).

What is included in free delivery?
The full package: bouquet wrapping, courier delivery to the address, handing it to the recipient (presentation, a photo if needed), and sending a photo to the sender via WhatsApp. No surcharges for these services.
