Paying by Bank Card Online

Our website is connected to internet acquiring, so you can pay for your order with a Visa or Mastercard bank card. After confirming the selected product, a secure window with the AirbaPay LLP payment page will open, where you need to enter your bank card details. The 3-D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder authentication. If your issuing bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. The online payment service operates in accordance with the rules of the Visa and Mastercard international payment systems, based on the principles of confidentiality and payment security. The most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption and data transfer over closed communication channels are used. Bank card details are entered in a secure window on the AirbaPay LLP payment page.

On the payment page you need to enter the card number, the card expiry date and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa or CVC2 for Mastercard). All the required details are shown on the bank card itself. CVV2/CVC2 is the three-digit security code located on the back of the card.

Then, in the same window, the page of your issuing bank will open for entering the 3-D Secure code. If you do not have a static 3-D Secure code set up, it will be sent to your phone number by SMS. If the code does not arrive, contact your issuing bank.

3-D Secure is the most advanced technology for securing card payments on the internet. It reliably verifies the identity of the cardholder performing the transaction and minimises the risk of fraudulent card transactions.

Online Payment Security

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your card details are transmitted only in encrypted form and are not stored on our web server.

The security of online payment processing is guaranteed by AirbaPay LLP. All payment card transactions are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, Mastercard and other payment systems. Specialised card payment security technologies are used for data transfer, and data is processed on the secure high-tech server of the processing company.

Paying by card is safe because:

  • The authorisation system guarantees that your card details (number, expiry date, CVV2/CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters: these details are not stored on the authorisation server and cannot be stolen.
  • The buyer enters payment details directly in the AirbaPay LLP authorisation system, not on the online store website, so the buyer’s card details are not accessible to third parties.

Refunds

When payment is made online by payment card, cash refunds are not allowed. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of the international payment systems:

  • The consumer has the right to refuse the product at any time before it is handed over.
  • A product of proper quality can be returned if its presentation, consumer properties and the document confirming the fact and terms of purchase are preserved.
  • The consumer may not refuse a product of proper quality that has individually defined properties if this product can be used exclusively by the person who purchased it.
  • If the consumer refuses the product, the seller must refund the amount paid by the consumer no later than ten days from the date the consumer makes the corresponding demand.

The refund will be made to your bank card within 7 business days from the day the company receives the Refund Application.

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The period for reviewing the application and refunding the money starts from the moment the company receives the application and is calculated in business days, excluding public holidays and weekends.

When a Payment May Be Declined

A payment may be declined in the following cases:

  • the bank card is not intended for online payments — you can check this with your issuing bank;
  • there are insufficient funds on the card — you can check the balance with the bank that issued the card;
  • the card details were entered incorrectly;
  • the card has expired. The expiry date is usually shown on the front of the card (the month and year until which the card is valid). For details, contact your issuing bank.
