- Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter the delivery address, a convenient time and any wishes for the bouquet.
- Choose a payment method and confirm your order.
- Receive confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp.
- The courier will deliver a fresh bouquet at the chosen time.
Important Conditions
- Bouquets are assembled right before dispatch — freshness guaranteed.
- If the recipient is not at home, the courier will agree on an alternative (reception, neighbours, another time).
- Anonymous delivery is available on request — the sender’s name is not disclosed.
- A photo report of the handover is provided at the client’s request.
- For delivery at an exact time, we recommend ordering 2–3 hours ahead.
- On holidays (March 8, February 14) we recommend ordering 1–2 days in advance.
