Flower Delivery in Karaganda — a Guide to Districts, Prices and Timing

ROZY has been serving Karaganda since 2024: 150+ bouquets in the catalogue, delivery to every district in 90–120 minutes, open 24/7. This guide covers everything you need to know when ordering flowers in Karaganda: coverage, prices, winter delivery specifics, payment methods and photo confirmation.

1

Delivery districts in Karaganda

ROZY delivers flowers across every district of Karaganda: Novy Gorod (the city centre — Bukhar-Zhyrau Avenue, Krivenko and Gogol Streets), Yugo-Vostok (Alikhanov Street, Stepnoy microdistrict), Maikuduk (Golubye Prudy, Yubileiny), Sortirovka (the railway station area) and Mikhailovka (the old district across the river). We also deliver to the settlements of Akkuduk, Shakhan and Shetpe. Our coverage map spans virtually the entire urban agglomeration.

2

Delivery times and working hours

Express delivery takes 90–120 minutes from the moment your order is placed. That is slightly slower than in Astana, because the city is more spread out and courier density is lower. We work 24/7 and accept orders at night (between 22:00 and 8:00, delays of 15–30 minutes are possible due to the night courier shift). On peak days (March 8, February 14, Mother’s Day) we recommend ordering 1–3 days in advance.

3

Prices and delivery fees

Bouquets in the Karaganda catalogue range from 7 500 ₸ (a mini bag with 7 roses) to 85 000+ ₸ (101 roses or premium arrangements). The average order is 12 000–18 000 ₸. Delivery fee: free for orders from 20 000 ₸, otherwise 1 500–2 500 ₸ depending on the district (the centre is cheaper, the outskirts cost more). Delivery to settlements and suburbs is quoted individually (from 3 000 ₸).

4

Payment methods

We accept every payment method common in Kazakhstan: Kaspi QR (instant), Kaspi Pay (0/0/4 instalments from 15 000 ₸ — popular for premium bouquets from 30 000 ₸), Halyk Bank, Visa/MasterCard, and cash to the courier on delivery. For companies, we issue a VAT invoice and accept bank transfers.

5

What you can order

The full Karaganda catalogue holds 150+ items: classic roses in bunches of 7 to 101, trendy peony roses, mono-bouquets of peonies, lisianthus or baby’s breath, hat-box arrangements, and “flowers + balloons + plush toy” sets. Seasonal highlights: tulips for March 8, peonies in May, chrysanthemums from August to October, and fir branches with white roses in December. Wedding bouquets and venue decoration are available by pre-order 7–14 days ahead.

Where we deliver

Residential buildings (apartments and private houses), offices (Altyn Emel and Tas-Kala business centres, administrative buildings), restaurants (Caspian, Tiflis, Cafe Mira, Vostochny Express), cafes and bars, hospitals and clinics (Makazhanov City Hospital, the Regional Medical Centre, private clinics), schools and universities (KarSU, KarSTU — for teachers and tutors), and registry offices. Our couriers know the local geography — there has never been a “couldn’t find the address” case.

7

Anonymous delivery and photo confirmation

You can send a bouquet anonymously — the courier will not reveal the sender’s name at handover. Perfect for secret admirers and surprises. Photo confirmation of the handover (a standard option) is especially valued by customers from Astana, Russia and Europe who send flowers to relatives in Karaganda and want to see the result. The photo arrives in WhatsApp within 5 minutes of delivery.

Winter delivery specifics

Karaganda is a northern city of Kazakhstan with frosts down to -35°C in January. For 2–4 winter months, flowers require special packaging: double cellophane with an air gap plus a warm thermal cover against the frost. The courier never unwraps the bouquet outdoors — it is opened only inside the recipient’s entrance hall. Boxed flowers (hat boxes) are easier to transport in winter, as the closed box insulates them from the cold.
