ROZY has been supplying wholesale flowers in Astana since 2018. We work with event agencies, wedding decorators, floral studios, hotels, corporate clients and wholesale resellers. The minimum batch is 100 stems, with discounts from 15% to 35% off the retail price. Direct imports from Ecuador (roses) and the Netherlands (lisianthus, hydrangeas), with weekly deliveries of fresh batches.
For large events (weddings of 200+ guests, corporate parties, festivals) we accept orders 14 days in advance, with locked-in pricing and a variety reserve. For regular clients — a supply contract with a fixed price schedule for the quarter, priority shipping and a custom delivery timetable.

How to place a wholesale order

- The manager checks availability and agrees the price (for rare varieties we reserve them with the supplier).
- We sign a supply contract (for one-off orders of 500+ stems and for all regular clients).
- You pay a 30–50% deposit — the wholesale batch is reserved in your name.
- Shipment on the agreed date — pickup from the shop on Kunaev Street or delivery by our own transport.
- A full set of documents: waybill, invoice, acceptance certificate. We work with and without VAT.

What is the minimum volume for a wholesale order?
From 100 stems per item. For example, 100 red roses 60 cm or 100 white tulips. When ordering different varieties — a minimum of 100 stems in total. This unlocks the wholesale price from 15% off, instead of the retail one.
What discounts apply to wholesale batches?
100–300 stems — a 15% discount off retail. 300–1,000 stems — 25%. Over 1,000 stems — 35%. For ongoing contracts (monthly purchasing) — individual terms and fixed prices for the quarter.
Where are wholesale flowers supplied to Astana from?
Ecuadorian roses — direct deliveries by air via Nur-Sultan (freshness 2–3 days from cutting). Dutch roses and lisianthus — weekly deliveries via Almaty. Local tulips (winter greenhouse) and chrysanthemums — purchased from Kazakhstani growers.
How quickly can you process a wholesale order?
Orders up to 500 stems, when in stock — we ship the same day. Orders of 500–2,000 stems — within 24–48 hours (we reserve them with the supplier). Special orders for rare varieties (garden-style roses in a specific colour, hydrangeas) — within 5–7 days. For large events (weddings of 200+ guests), book 14 days ahead.
Can I order wholesale with delivery to Karaganda or Pavlodar?
Yes, we deliver across all of Kazakhstan. For Karaganda and Pavlodar the lead time is 24 hours from shipment. For remote cities — 48–72 hours. Logistics costs are calculated separately from the cost of the flowers.
Do you sign a contract for ongoing supply?
Yes, for regular clients (from 4 orders per month) we sign a supply contract with a fixed price grid and priority reservation. We can work with VAT, by bank transfer with signatures and stamps.
What documents do you provide for accounting?
A full package: contract, tax invoice, waybill (consignment note) and an acceptance certificate. We work with both sole proprietors and LLPs. Payment by bank transfer with VAT is available.
